Executive Coach, Career Management Consultant  

Pamela T. Crosset, MPH, is an executive coach and career management consultant with over 18 years of experience in executive career transition management.  She provides executive coaching for individuals and groups impacted by organizational change and performance. She has managed multiple coaching and consulting projects for client organizations, including administrative protocols, materials and facilitators for organizational assessments, senior leadership team development and comprehensive train the trainer programs to develop coaching staff for career transition. She coaches entrepreneurs and corporate business professionals as they start new and /or revitalize and grow existing businesses and organizations.

In the course of her career, Pamela Crosset has served in roles as vice president and senior professional services consultant for an international career transition management and organizational consulting company, managing consultant for an outplacement company and director of professional services for an organizational diversity consulting business.

She has developed staff, configured and provided coaching and career consulting to individual executives and professionals from major OEMs, tier one suppliers, law firms, banking institutions, healthcare industries, technology recourses, advertising firms, pharmaceutical companies and publishing industries. Additionally, she has designed and conducted training programs in the establishment and operations of Employee Assistance Programs and developed courses for physicians, nurses and counselors in the diagnostic assessment of alcoholism and substance abuse.

Through her own company, Priority One Coaching, and as a consultant for companies such as Karlin Sloan & Company and Right Management Consultants, Ms. Crosset has delivered coaching and  consulting to the Archdiocese of Detroit, Ford Motor Company, GM Planworks, Visteon, Chrysler, Pfizer, The Wayne County Airport Authority, Gannett Company, Inc, The Detroit Medical Center, Raymond & Prokop, P.C., DuPont, Sun Microsystems, Bank One, Unisys and many others.

Pamela T. Crosset holds a Masters of Public Health in Management from the University of Illinois in Chicago and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Boston University. She is a Coach University Graduate Coach, member of the International Coach Federation and is a certified consultant in The Birkman Method®. She is also a group fitness instructor with emphasis on aerobics, weight training and Pilates.
